How should I send my pictures?
By Post: In printed form – send the best quality picture you have. If scanned it should be at minimum of 300 dpi. On CD – Save maximum quality JPEGs or TIFFs

By e-mail: Send JPEGs with a minimum 300dpi and ensure the image name is the same as your e-mail title.

What does the lifetime guarantee mean?
Our plaques are made from best quality materials and finished to high standards. Images are fired at over 800 degree C. They will not fade in sunlight nor wash off or crack in adverse weather conditions. In other words they are permanent.

If you have the real gold band around the image they are also fired onto the porcelain plaque and will last a very long time.

Is my picture good enough?
Any retouching required is included in the cost of the product. We will digitally improve your picture - - if necessary - to ensure a high quality image. In the unlikely event that your image is not good enough for any reason we will contact you before commencing our process.
